 EVNTech Announces Industry Event to Help Event Organisers Share Information and Adapt

EVNTech is launching Engage-Virtual – a brand new event to help organisers acquire insights into the issues affecting virtual and live events. 

Engage-Virtual will bring together leading companies and speakers in the industry. Registration is now open for the free online event, which is happening on Thursday, 29 October 2020 (from 4.30 pm to 7.15 pm GMT).

“We’ll be featuring industry leaders speaking on each topic all in one event,” says Jack Geddes, Founder of EVNTech. ‘With sessions and line-ups never seen before; I think it’s an exciting programme and I’m looking forward to welcoming all participants.”

Elizabeth Irving, Executive Vice President- Head of Marketing, Technology and Customer Experience, Clarion Events: Liz oversees the strategic direction and integration of the marketing and technology functions across North America. These are led by insight, marketing effectiveness, digital and virtual platform development and innovation. In addition, she is responsible for virtual product strategy development where she partners with Clarion’s portfolio directors to identify growth opportunities to enhance its existing events and develop new digital offerings.

Stephan Forseilles, Head of Technology and Digital Transformation, Easyfairs: Stephan Forseilles is acting as Head of Technology and Digital Transformation for Easyfairs, a pan-European tradeshow organiser and venue operator. He is responsible for supervising the strategic development of the company’s technology solutions and digital transformation, including the transition to hybrid events. He is also a member of UFI’s Digital Innovation Committee, Team Leader at the Exhibitions Think Tank and regular speaker at event technology conferences.

Nick Dugdale-Moore, Regional Manager Europe, UFI: Nick is the Regional Manager for Europe at UFI, the global association of the exhibition industry. He is responsible for UFI’s 300+ members in Europe, organising the annual UFI European Conference and promoting and representing the European exhibition industry internationally.

James Morgan, Senior Lecturer at University of Westminster: James Morgan has been marketing and producing events since 1989. He is a Senior Lecturer in Events at the University of Westminster, London and the Founder of Event Tech Lab, a partnership community for event technology start-ups, developers, event professionals and investors.
